Ahmed Abdellatif is a digital transformation practitioner, executive leader, and program speaker with extensive experience supporting organizations across the built environment and asset-intensive industries. His work focuses on BIM and information management, digital transformation strategy, AI-enabled workflows, and organizational change, helping clients move from fragmented operations to integrated, performance-driven systems.
With a foundation in Architecture (B.Arch) and advanced professional education from institutions including Harvard University, University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management), University of Maryland, Babson College, Penn State College of Engineering, BRE Academy, and Rochester Institute of Technology, Ahmed brings a rare combination of technical depth and leadership insight to transformation initiatives.
As the CEO and Founder of SDT Partners, Ahmed leads consulting, implementation, and executive education programs designed to deliver measurable outcomes, not just strategic recommendations. His approach bridges strategy, technology, and people, ensuring that digital initiatives are embedded into operating models, governance structures, and day-to-day delivery practices.
In addition to his advisory role, Ahmed is a frequent speaker and program lead, delivering executive and professional programs on digital transformation, BIM leadership, AI for decision-makers, project and program management, and change enablement.
